 200 g rolled oats
 150 ml water
 100 ml apple juice or other juice or use additional water
 2 tsp Digest Easy or 1/4 teaspoon Relief
 2 Granny Smith apple
 2 mango diced or other fruit of choice
 2 banana sliced
 6 tbsp yoghurt
 Digest Easy or Relief to treat yoghurt and fruit

Pour oats into a container that can be sealed.

Mix together the juice and water and then stir in either Digest Easy or Relief. Pour over oats and stir to coat all the oats with the liquid.

Place in fridge overnight.

Grate the apple and treat with either Digest Easy or Relief. Add to oats and stir to mix.

Slice mango (or other fruit) and banana and treat with either Digest Easy or Relief. Add to oats and stir to mix.

Treat the yoghurt with either Digest Easy or Relief (1tsp Digest Easy or 1/4 tsp Relief per litre of yoghurt). Add the yoghurt to the muesli and stir to mix.

Sprinkle with treated berries if desired.
