Pina Colada

2 bananas frozen

1 Cup pineapple chunks

2 cup Pineapple Juice

200ml  coconut milk frozen into cubes

½ tsp DigestEasy OR 1/8 tsp Relief

30ml White Rum (optional)

Put all ingredients into the bowl of the food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and garnish with a wedge of fresh pineapple.

Serves: 4
