Small pikelets made with teaspoon batter prepared as Pikelet Recipe
4 cups fresh strawberries cut in quarters and treated with DigestEasy
OR sprinkle of Relief
½ cup strawberry jam
2 packages Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
¾ cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream
¼ Teaspoon Relief OR 1 Teaspoon DigestEasy
In large bowl toss strawberries in strawberry jam to coat. In another large bowl, beat cream cheese, Biohawk Product of choice and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Slowly add whipping cream that has been treated with the ginger. Increase mixer speed to high to beat until light and fluffy.
In suitable individual glasses, arrange pikelets in the bottom. Keeping some aside for topping, spoon cream cheese mixture over the pikelets to form a layer and top with the strawberries to fill half each glass. Repeat with another layer of pikelets, cream and strawberry mixture to almost fill each glass.
Top each glass with some of the cream cheese mixture and garnish with some berries if desired.
