Maple Honey Mustard Glaze

½ cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/3 cup Maple syrup

1/3 cup honey

¼ teaspoon Relief

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Leg ham

Ginger Oil

Whole cloves to stud


Preheat oven to 170°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Rub Ham with Ginger Oil. Cut a diamond pattern in the ham fat and stud with cloves.

Stir sugar, maple syrup, honey mustard and Relief together in a bowl.

Brush 1/3 of glaze over the ham. Bake in oven for required time for the size of the ham brushing with glaze at least 3 times during cooking.
