Hot chocolate

Makes 4 mugs or 6 cups

600ml milk

150ml double cream

1/8 teaspoon Relief OR ½ teaspoon  DigestEasy

100g chopped  70% Cocao Chocolate


Pour the milk, double cream and chopped chocolate into a pan. Stir through the Biohawk product of choice.

Bring gently to the boil, whisking until smooth. Serve in individual cups.
