½ cup honey
1½ cup chopped dates
Plus ½ cup raisins
Plus ½ cup craisins
¼ cup milk
1½ cups flour
½ tsp Bake Aid OR 1 tsp DigestEasy OR ¼ tsp Relief
2 tsp baking powder
Heat butter and honey only long enough to melt butter. Stir in fruit.
In a bowl beat together eggs, milk and Biohawk product of choice.
Sieve flour and baking powder into a bowl, then add honey and egg mixtures. Mix until dry ingredients are just moistened.
Spread into a lamington tray (about 28 x 19cm) lined with baking paper.
Cook in oven at 200˚C for 15-20 minutes or until cooked. Slice when cool.
