Easy Strawberry Truffles

200g Dark Chocolate

1/3 cup cream

1/16 teaspoon Relief Powder

Freeze Dried Strawberries 10g

In a bowl over a saucepan with a small amount of water (a double boiler) heat the cream until hot. Add the dark chocolate and Relief powder and stir until the chocolate is smooth.

Pour into a plastic container with a lid and put in the freezer to cool and harden.

Using a teaspoon scoop small amounts and roll into a ball and place on a flat plate. Put back into the freezer to harden slightly.

Mean while crush the Freeze dried strawberries and place in a bowl. Roll the truffle mix into the strawberries and place in a clean container or a gift box and keep refrigerated until required.
