Bacon, gluten-free sausages, or steak

Meat

Relief (½ teaspoon per Kg meat) OR 1 tablespoon Ginger Oil

Rice bran oil (sufficient to lightly coat the meat)

Salt to taste

 

Remove any surface water from the meat with a paper towel. Sprinkle the Relief evenly over the meat and rub it into the meat with the oil.  Use a warmed non-stick frypan for the bacon and steak, but add the sausages to an unheated frypan.  Cook on medium heat to preferred level of doneness.

Serve with fried or scrambled egg, and/or fried tomato treated with a sprinkle of Relief, and other food free of undigested proline-rich proteins.
